Private yoga classes (all levels):

With a private yoga class, beginners as well as advanced students alike, can get one on one training in yoga. A private class may be just what you need to get you started or if you are an advanced practitioner a way to deepen your practice. We will work together side by side, to first discuss your needs and then create a practice designed just for you, including many different poses and breathing techniques allowing your practice to grow. MS Yoga Classes (all levels)

Our MS yoga classes are specifically designed to help alleviate MS symptoms. In our classes we discuss what our symptoms may be and then proceed to practice breathing techniques and poses directed at those specific symptoms. The classes are 1 ½ hours long and they include symptom discussion, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (poses) and a guided healing deep relaxation. We have had great success with our sequences.
